The fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) process is an alternative olefin production technology, with lower CO2 emission and higher energy-saving. This used for by almost 60% of the global feedstocks. Different parameters including operating conditions, feedstock properties, type catalyst can strongly affect activity product distribution. FCC catalysts contain zeolite as active component, a matrix, binder, filler to provide physical strength catalyst. Along unit’s performance also depends on feed composition, hydrocarbon partial pressure, temperature, residence time, catalyst-to-oil ratio (CTO). paper provides summary light olefins via reviews influences composition conditions yield olefins.
